Bluewaters Island
Bluewaters Island is a man-made island located off the coast of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was developed by Meraas, a Dubai-based real estate company, and officially opened to the public in 2018.
The island spans an area of 2.5 million square feet and features a range of attractions, including a giant observation wheel called Ain Dubai, which is the largest of its kind in the world. Ain Dubai stands at a height of 250 meters and has 48 capsules that can accommodate up to 1,750 passengers at a time. The observation wheel offers panoramic views of the Dubai skyline and the Arabian Gulf.
In addition to Ain Dubai, Bluewaters Island also features a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options, as well as luxury residences and a five-star hotel. The island is connected to the mainland via a pedestrian bridge, and visitors can also take a ferry from the nearby Jumeirah Beach Residence.
